That’s why we demand that all of our team members adhere to a set of 9 rules designed to ensure our customers the best possible experience. Any Tribe member who breaks any of these rules will be asked to leave the tribal council area immediately. The Tribe has spoken.

Tribe Rules:

  1. The Tribe’s customers come first. Always.
  2. Clients are good. Long-term partners are great.
  3. All of Tribe’s customers work directly with senior management. No exceptions.
  4. Tribe members are always accessible to their customers. All calls and emails are returned within 24 hours or less.
  5. All that matters is what’s best for the customer. Tribe members will always check their own ego at the door.
  6. If something is not working, we’ll be the first to admit it. We’re not here to string customers along. We’re here to see their businesses grow.
  7. The work Tribe does will always be communicated in a transparent manner. Customers will never have to wonder what exactly it is we are doing for them.
  8. Tribe will never attempt to pad its bottom line by selling unnecessary services. If we think you can benefit from one of our services, we’ll recommend it. If we don’t, we won’t. Simple as that.
  9. Work is not a four-letter word. Well, it is, but you know what we mean. Fun comes standard.
